Valentines for Hope Unlimited

As many of you know that read my blog, I am a Christian woman. So, when I read the Simple Sunday from my friends, Heather and Vanessa, who blog at- At the Picket Fence, I knew I wanted to get involved.  After reading Susan’s post from the blog, My Place to Yours, I knew I must get involved.

Hope Unlimited is a ministry that take seriously the call to care for the “least of these.” They minister to the physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of some of the world’s most desperate kids—the street children of Brazil, specifically young women who are living on the streets, many trying to survive by turning to prostitution.

Hope Unlimited celebrates The Day of Love with these beautiful girls. On that day, surrounded by godly women who love them, the girls at Hope Unlimited are taught about true love and purity and what it means to be of value as one of God’s highest creations … and loved by their Creator. Here is how YOU can get involved with The Day of Love.

After reading these blog posts, I have designed and prepared several copies of this Valentine that says, Com Amor (With Love) to help them celebrate The Day of Love with the beautiful girls at Hope Unlimited. Wow, can you imagine all the love that will be felt on this special day. What a beautiful gift to give! I hope in my lifetime I have been able to give this gift freely to those girls I’ve taught in Bible study, daughters of friends, and especially my own daughter.

I love being creative, I love the gift that God has given me and when I can put that to use for a cause that speaks to my heart, well, that’s just a whole lot of perfection in my book!

I know sometimes I have great intentions to help various causes, but then I forget to buy what’s needed or forget all together and get mad at myself when the time comes and goes without me doing anything.

So, if  you feel you would like to help this great ministry but have used all your Valentines you’ve bought, I have made the Valentine above as a PDF printable for you to print, include a sweet note inside the card and mail. The link is available at the bottom of this post.

Here is the address to mail your Valentines,
